Step 1

I have been to too many weddings where some combination of vendors, guests, or VIPs were not on the same page about an element of the big day. So this document is my gift to you!

It is an extensive document to collect all of the most important pieces of information together in one place. It is yours whether we end up working together or not. I want your day to go smoothly no matter what.

I ask that you download and complete this document (to the best of your ability) before we have our first meeting (Step 2).

This document is a fillable PDF. If you want to type into and fill this form digitally you can do that using Adobe Reader, if you need help filling out the form you can look at this help article here. Also feel free to print out the document and fill it in by hand.

Step 2

Once you have filled out the document from Step 1 we should talk.

The easiest way for this usually is via video call (I default to Google Hangouts, but we can use Skype or FaceTime).

Use the orange Schedule Meeting button to pick a date and time that works for you.

When it is time for us to talk, make sure you have your Planning Document handy and please email me a copy so I can look over it with you.

Step 3

During our meeting, I will send you a contract to secure our services for your wedding. You don’t have to sign anything until you both decide that we are a good fit for each other.

You and your partner will both receive the contract to sign separately and once you both do that, your big day is booked!

I use a service called Adobe Sign and you can see how it works by clicking here.

Step 4

Depending on your timeline our first meeting could be several months before your big day. A lot can (and usually does) change about your wedding in that time!

This last meeting is a short final run down of the wedding at this point in time. To prepare for this meeting, I will ask that you send me the final version of your planning document (if you haven’t already) and I will adhere to this document throughout your wedding day.

Like our first meeting, it will be online and you can schedule this meeting using the blue “Schedule Meeting” button.

Step 5

It’s here!

It is normal to be stressed about all the many moving parts to make a wedding happen, but don’t worry about us. We will do everything we can to make sure your day is brilliant!

Mike (the owner of Studio 57) will come and find you and your partner as soon as we arrive on site while other members of the crew will set up a base camp. You will meet every member of our crew and at any time you can ask us for anything. It’s no fun filming a wedding where things are falling apart so let us know if you need help.

Other than making sure you and your partner are happy, our primary goal is to document your wedding in the highest quality and least obtrusive way possible.

On (or before if you prefer) this day, 50% of your final invoice is due.

Step 6

Our goal for finishing your video is 45-60 days. This is a conservative estimate and we always hope to beat this goal but several days of this time frame is spent creating backup copies of all of your footage and uploading them to servers across the country.

During this time we are also building your wedding a password protected home on our site that will allow you to access all the links, videos, and files in one place.

Lastly, Studio 57 will post your highlight video to it’s Facebook Page and YouTube Channel for easy sharing with friends and family.

Once the videos have been uploaded and the personal page has been finished, an invoice for the remainder of the balance will be sent. Payment is due within 14 calendar days of invoice delivery
